		<description>This sounds intriguing, particularly the representational form of voting, but is there anywhere they are actually implementing any of these?  Is there a campaign to implement this at higher levels (i.e. state, national)?  

I also missed you all at PrideFest this year.  Are you going to be at any other events in the near future?</description>
