2. TITLE:
Green Party of Colorado Confirmation of Delegates to GPUS National Convention

3. FULL PROPOSAL:
The following Colorado Greens are confirmed as delegates to the Green Party
of the United States National Convention being held in Chicago, Illinois,
July 10-13, 2008:

4. BACKGROUND:
At the May 3, 2008, state convention, we agreed to seek additional
volunteers to be delegates to the GPUS national convention. We decided that
the online council could then officially designate the delegates in June.
Proxy voting is permitted at the national convention and those non-attending
delegates are also confirmed in this resolution.

We are allotted twelve delegates total.

5. JUSTIFICATION/GOALS:
Ensure that Colorado have its full voting representation at the national
party convention in Chicago.

6. PROS:
It is important the Colorado have all the representation it is permitted at
the GPUS national convention.

7. CONS:
NA

8. ESTIMATE OF FISCAL IMPACT:
None to the Green Party of Colorado; attending delegates are responsible for
paying their own expenses.

9. ALTERNATIVES TO THE PROPOSAL:
Do not send delegates to the GPUS national convention.
